10. AI Tools

VYTRION offers AI-powered tools (chat, writing, code, email and image generation). They are provided for convenience only: outputs are generated by a third-party AI provider (such as Google), may contain errors and must not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. The text and prompts you submit are sent to those providers to generate a response. You are responsible for how you use any generated content, and usage may be subject to fair-use limits depending on your plan.

11. Promoter / Affiliate Program

If you join our promoter program, you receive a personal referral code and earn a commission on qualifying sales made through it. Commissions, discounts and payout conditions may change, and we may suspend or revoke a code in case of fraud, abuse or misleading promotion. Self-referrals and incentivised spam are not allowed.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
