Most products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Some items may have specific conditions noted on the product page.

No, the Store Assistant is completely free. It helps you find products, pick gifts, compare gadgets and answer order questions from the Assistant section (/apps) or the chat in the corner.
